Blanche Nail Salon – Cancellation Policy

At Blanche Nail Salon, we value your time and appreciate your business. To ensure the best experience for all our clients and staff, we kindly ask that you respect the following cancellation policy:

⏰ 1. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
  • Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a 50% cancellation fee.

🚫 2. No-Shows

  • Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without any notice will be charged 100% of the service fee.
  • Repeat no-shows may result in a booking restriction or prepayment requirement.

⌛ 3. Late Arrivals

  • If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to adjust or reschedule your appointment.
  • Late arrivals may be considered a no-show and may incur a fee.

👯 4. Group Bookings

  • Group appointments (2 or more clients) require a 48-hour cancellation notice and may need a deposit to secure the booking.
  • Cancellations with insufficient notice may result in the loss of deposit.

💳 5. Prepaid Services

  • For services that are prepaid, Blanche offers one-time rescheduling if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.
  • No refunds will be issued for missed appointments without proper notice or if the client fails to show up.
